  1. Description of the Products and Services

The courses and lectures are digital educational programs that may or may not include video materials, written content, and optional live online sessions.

The courses, lectures, digital products, consultations and coaching are provided strictly for educational purposes.

  1. Access and Lifetime Access

Access is granted upon successful payment.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the course remains available and supported.

The Seller reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the course, lecture or product.

  1. License and Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the content.

All intellectual property remains with AromaticTimeOut and Sigita Jonušaitė.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All payments must be completed before access is granted.

Prices may include applicable taxes depending on jurisdiction.

  1. Refund Policy

By purchasing and accessing the courses, lectures, digital products, consultations or coaching, you explicitly waive your 14-day EU withdrawal right.

No refunds are provided once access has been granted.

 

  1. Certificate of Completion

A certificate may be issued upon completion.

It does not constitute professional certification or qualification.

  1. Safety and Educational Disclaimer

These products and services may involve distillation or other processes using heat and equipment.

You acknowledge full responsibility for safety and compliance with local laws.

The Seller is not responsible for any harm or damage resulting from the application of the material.

  1. No Medical or Professional Advice

The course does not provide medical, health, or professional advice.

Users should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for any damages arising from use of the course.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid.

  1. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

The Seller may suspend access for violations.

  1. Restricted Countries

Access is not available in certain jurisdictions, including Russia, Belarus, and North Korea.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse service.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.

  1. Changes to Terms

The Seller may update these Terms at any time.

The version at purchase applies.

  1. Withdrawal Right and Refunds

6.1 Digital Products (Courses, Lectures, Pre-Recorded Content):
For digital content supplied immediately upon purchase (e.g., self-paced courses or lectures with video/written materials), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/Lithuanian consumer law from the date of purchase, during which you may cancel for a full refund without reason. However:

  • By selecting the checkbox at checkout (“I request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal once access is granted”), you explicitly consent to the supply of digital content before the 14-day period ends. This results in loss of the withdrawal right upon granting of access.
  • No refunds are provided after access has been granted, as performance of the contract has begun with your consent.

6.2 Live Services (Consultations, Coaching, Live Lectures):

  • You may withdraw within 14 days of booking (or first session if earlier) for a full refund, minus any proven costs (e.g., preparation time).
  • No refunds for completed sessions or if you fail to attend with less than 24 hours’ notice. Partial refunds may apply for ongoing coaching packages based on sessions delivered.

6.3 General Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to welcome@aromatictimeout.com within 14 days of the triggering event (purchase or session), including order details and reason.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method, minus a justified administrative fee of up to 8% to cover non-refundable third-party platform and transaction processing costs.
  • No refunds for abuse, violations of these Terms, or downloads/access already consumed.

6.4 Exceptions:
This policy complies with mandatory EU/Lithuanian consumer protections, which cannot be waived. Refunds are unavailable in restricted jurisdictions (per Section 12).
